Exchanges and returns

For a number of reasons it may be that you need to return a product or order, for example:

1. You made a mistake or you are not satisfied (satisfaction guaranteed)
2. There has been an error and the wrong product has been shipped
3. The delivery is damaged during transportation

Below you can read how you can return your product or order in such situations.

Satisfaction / Cooling-Off Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Buitensportvoeding.nl. It can happen that you make a mistake with your purchase or you are not satisfied with the way the order has expired. You can then return the product within 14 days to us. The product must be complete and be in proper packaging. Products that are damaged are not eligible for refund. The cost and risk of the return will be borne by the customer. The cooling-off period of 14 days applies only to consumers.

A number of products are not eligible for our satisfaction guarantee:
• Items that are incomplete
• Items that are damaged

Always contact our customer service first!

1. Make sure your invoice (copy) is attached to the shipment.
2. Make sure you include a thorough description of the problem.
3. Make sure the product is returned complete.
4. Ensure proper packaging.
5. Provide an e-mailadress or phone number where you can be reached.
6. Make sure there is sufficient postage when sending your package.

Costs for returning

The costs of returning a product are borne by the customer, unless it concerns a product that was incorrectly supplied by us.

Note: You will be responsible for shipping costs up front. In the above case Buitensportvoeding.nl will refund the shipping costs. Packages that are not stamped, always refused. Mentioned in this shipment or your bank account number so that we incurred costs for sending may return to you.
Conditions for return or exchange

For all returns the following guidelines apply:

• The product must be equipped with an (obvious) problem definition
• The product must be provided with a copy of the purchase invoice
• The product must be properly packaged

At Buitensportvoeding.nl it is all about customer satisfaction. Should you have a bad experience with our service, please let us know. You can send your complaint to the customer service department. You always get an answer within 1 week about your complaint.
